Mike Ehde

Mike Ehde is a Partner at Munera Capital and runs Acquisition Launch, the firm's program for buyers acquiring $1M to $30M businesses. A former Amazon operator, he co-founded the PE-backed agency Establish, which raised $500M+ for its clients and earned Inc. 5000 recognition, before turning to lower middle market acquisitions.

He has spent more than four years sourcing off-market businesses for buyers, structuring SBA 7(a) and seller-financed acquisitions, and coaching first-time acquirers through diligence and closing.
