For buyers

Your M&A department.

Whether you are acquiring your first business or your fiftieth, we bring the deal flow, the structuring, and the execution support it takes to close.

From criteria to close

How it works

  1. 01

    Define the buy box

Industry, geography, size, owner transition, and how you plan to finance it. We pressure test it against what actually trades.

  2. 02

    Receive deals

Off-market and intermediated opportunities that fit, with the financials already screened and the seller already in conversation.

  3. 03

    Structure and offer

We model the deal, line up the lender, and write an LOI the seller will take seriously.

  4. 04

    Diligence and close

QoE, legal, working capital, and funding coordinated through the wire.

Who we work with

Built for serious buyers

Corporate executives

Ready to own what you operate

You have led teams and hit numbers for someone else for 15 years. Acquiring an established, profitable business is the fastest route to owning the outcome. The transition from operator to owner comes down to the right target and the right structure.

The challenge
  • ◈Sourcing is a full-time job you do not have time for
  • ◈Brokers prioritize buyers with a track record
  • ◈PE-backed buyers have dedicated teams and move faster

We level the field. Same deal flow and structuring that institutional buyers rely on, pointed at your buy box.

Business owners

Grow through acquisition

Organic growth compounds at 10 to 20% a year. One well-structured acquisition can double the business. You know the strategy. You need the infrastructure to execute it without taking your eye off operations.

The challenge
  • ◈Running the company leaves no bandwidth for sourcing
  • ◈The best targets are not listed. They are owned by operators like you
  • ◈Integration needs as much attention as the deal itself

We become your acquisition arm. You run the business. We deliver targets that fit your thesis and carry them to close.

Institutional buyers

Proprietary deal flow at scale

PE firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and funded searchers. You have the capital and the mandate. You need consistent access to lower middle market businesses before they reach an auction.

The challenge
  • ◈Off-market sourcing at scale needs dedicated infrastructure
  • ◈$1M to $5M EBITDA platforms and add-ons rarely surface through traditional channels
  • ◈Internal BD teams hit a ceiling on outbound volume

We supplement your engine. Qualified, mandate-matched deal flow month after month, with the seller already warmed up.

Market reality

Why independent search is hard

Individual buyers face structural disadvantages in lower middle market sourcing. We built the firm to remove them.

01

Limited deal flow

Public marketplaces carry a fraction of what is for sale. Quality assets trade through relationships and proprietary outreach.

02

Broker prioritization

Intermediaries send their best files to buyers with a track record. New relationships start at the back of the line.

03

Structuring complexity

Every lender has different criteria and every seller has different motivations. Deals close when the structure satisfies both.

04

Execution risk

Transactions die from seller uncertainty, financing gaps, and process delays. Dedicated deal management is the difference.

05

Resource constraints

Institutional buyers deploy full teams. Solo buyers compete against them with evenings and weekends.

Capabilities

Institutional-grade support without the overhead

Proprietary deal flow

Direct outreach to 1,000+ business owners every month. You see opportunities before they reach marketplaces or a banker-run process.

Transaction structuring

SBA 7(a), seller notes, earnouts, equity rollovers, and private credit. Pattern recognition from hundreds of deals applied to yours.

Intermediary access

Standing broker and banker relationships mean your offers get the attention usually reserved for repeat institutional buyers.

Execution management

LOI through close. Quality of earnings, lender management, legal coordination, and seller communication handled by one team.

Frequently asked questions

What size businesses do you work on?+

Transaction values from roughly $1M to $30M. Most buyers we work with acquire businesses with $300K to $5M in SDE or EBITDA, financed with an SBA 7(a) loan, conventional debt, or equity plus a seller note.

How does Acquisition Launch work?+

Acquisition Launch is our buyer program. You apply, we confirm fit on a call, and once you are enrolled our team sources, screens, and structures deals against your buy box while coaching you through each stage. Fees are explained in full on the call before you commit to anything.

Do you only show me listed businesses?+

No. The majority of what we bring buyers is off-market, sourced through our own outreach to owners. We also work with brokers and bankers where the fit is right.

Can you help me get SBA financing?+

Yes. We work with SBA 7(a) lenders every week, prepare the loan package alongside you, and structure the seller note and equity injection so the deal clears underwriting.

I am a PE firm or family office. Is this for me?+

Yes. We run mandate-based sourcing for institutional buyers and independent sponsors. Reach out through the contact page and we will walk through your thesis.
